Geotech Australia are thrilled to announce our proud collaboration with the Southwest Gateway Alliance (SWGA) on a groundbreaking venture — the largest road construction project in the southern hemisphere, The Bunbury Outer Ring Road (Borr). Now, three years into this monumental undertaking, and with approximately one more year ahead, Geotech Australia has been a steadfast partner, providing crucial support through our extensive testing services.

Commitment to Quality: Testing Soils, Aggregates, and Concrete

Our commitment to quality and excellence is evident in the integral role we play in the Southwest Gateway Alliance’s project. GLS WA has been actively involved in testing soils, aggregates, and concrete — ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of durability and performance. From fill trials to pavement trials, our dedicated team has conducted over 30,000 tests to date, contributing to the success and reliability of this colossal construction endeavor.

Knowledge Transfer and Support: Beyond Testing

Our partnership with SWGA goes beyond traditional testing services. Geotech Australia has actively supported the alliance with educational initiatives, offering insights into testing requirements and facilitating training sessions on both field and laboratory testing methodologies.
